Caroline Noonan


Caroline currently holds the position of course developer, course leader and lecturer of the Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching and the Diploma in Coaching and Behavioural Change with the Institute of Health Sciences.

Caroline has spent 20 years working in the wellness industry using integrative therapies, nutritional therapy and coaching and behavioural change strategies with groups and individuals. For 6 years, Caroline co-ordinated and delivered wellness programmes to inner city community groups while running a busy practice in Cork city. During this time Caroline also coordinated and lectured in integrative therapies in two esteemed colleges before moving onto studying Nutritional Therapy with the Institute of Health Sciences. Here she gained a distinction and was awarded student of the year for 3 consecutive years. While studying with the Institute of Health Sciences, Caroline joined the team and co-developed and managed their 1 year nutrition programme. During this time Caroline developed a keen interest in lifestyle behavioural change and progressed into the field of coaching and psychology, initially completing advanced certification in Health and Wellness Coaching with Real Balance and more recently completing a HDip in Coaching and Coaching Psychology at University College Cork, where she received a first class honour. Caroline is aiming to complete a Masters in this programme shortly.
