About the course

This two day (16 hour) training course is suitable for health and care professionals who wish to engage with their patients in a more coach-like way to effectively encourage long-term health behaviour change, allowing them to quickly help the patient establish their intrinsic motivation to change, lower any barriers and utilise available support. The course covers:
