I completed my undergraduate degree in Food & Business Management (BSc) in UCD. I then went on to receive a scholarship to complete an MSc in Management Consulting in Smurfit Graduate Business School. After which I started my career as a Business Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Hey! I am Sylvía Sigurdar, 31 years old, originally from Iceland and a Mom to an eight year old boy. Alongside this i practice part-time in my nutrition clinic mainly working with mental health and migraine. I am also a mother, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and am currently on the path to becoming certified as a functional medicine practitioner with the IFM.
