Recipe of the Month – Sugar Free Ice Pops!

With the kids back to school we thought these sugar free lollipops would make a great tasting, delicious and healthy treat.

They are based on a Deliciously Ella recipe and we made them with both coconut milk and homemade kefir, both work well. We’ve mixed up the fruit- strawberries work well but so do other berries, mango, pineapple and peach.

You will need

1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup of Strawberries (approx 200ml)
2 tbsp of Coconut Milk or Kefir
2 tbsps Water
2 Medjool Dates or 3-4 smaller dates


Remove the stones from the dates, peel the banana and chop your chosen fruit if necessary. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into lolly mounds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
