In Unit 3 of the Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching course, you will learn about Macronutrients; understanding their roles in the body, key dietary sources, analysing levels in the diet and meal planning for optimum intake. This is also where we will introduce you to using the dietary analysis software Nutritics. This software will be used throughout the course and as part of your assignments to support the development of your knowledge and practical skills, so you’re ready to see clients as soon as you graduate.
