Georgie qualified as a cook from the famous Ballymaloe cookery school where her true passion for real, local, seasonal, organic food really began. Her journey continued and bought her onto the IHS Diploma in Nutritional Therapy to learn about the healing possibilities of food and good nutrition.

Georgie currently runs her private practice “Zest Nutrition” in Nutritional Therapy from her home and also runs regular cookery demos and private cookery lessons.
